 Doctrate of philosophy implies philosophical thinking about a certain problem or incident surrounded by a particular person or situation which necessitates finding solution to that problem and finally leads to new innovation 

   Research can be done at school levels and college levels. Experienced persons in any field can make many innovations as their observation and analysis can be used for many innovations in any field.
